Today we are giving away…
Six Soccer Classes (a $78 value)
from Lil’ Kickers Soccer for Kids
GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!
When you walk into a Lil’ Kickers location, it sounds like a Brazil vs. Argentina soccer game. Kids are yelling, parents cheering, coaches, um, coaching. It’s a lot of fun.
Although Lil’ Kickers offers soccer classes for kids age 18 months to 9 years, I thought I’d tell you a bit about my daughter’s experience today.
Claire is 2 years old and attends a “Thumpers” class once a week. She puts on her adorable little uniform in the morning and can’t stop talking about soccer all day. The classes are 50-minutes long and contain several mini-activities that last about 5-10 minutes each. It’s not like we’re trying to get these little guys to actually play a soccer game. Instead, the coaches invite them to use their imagination. Without even realizing it, the kids are getting exercise and learning new skills.
My favorite part is the obstacle course. The kids are jumping, crawling, kicking, and perhaps most importantly, waiting their turn. That’s not easy for a 2-year old.
For the first class that we attended, Claire had some difficulty with listening. She would often wander off and do her own thing while the other kids did what the coaches asked of them. Now, only three classes later, I’ve noticed a huge difference. She loves getting high-fives from the coach for a job well done. She may not feel any need to do it quickly, but we’re working on that
.
If you’ve never been to a Lil’ Kickers class before, I encourage you to check it out. You can attend a trial class for FREE to see what it’s like. Visit the Lil’ Kickers website for class schedules, locations, and other information. Even if it’s the middle of the season, it’s not too late to join.
Lil’ Kickers is giving away 6 free classes, a $78 value.
Today, you may enter to win up to three times. Choose any one, two, or all three options. Please leave a separate comment for each entry.
